Jobzonen is one of the biggest job portals in Denmark, but the market is tough and the competition is hard. So they needed something that could make them stand out and be the first choice for companies to post applications and for job seekers to search for jobs.
During our brainstorm we found that there’s a resemblance between job portals and dating sites. Two parties want to find the most suitable candidate to engage in a relationship/collaboration with.
On dating sites you fill in a questionaire so the site can find the most siutable partner for you. Why not do the same on job portals?
